Cleaning out some randoms from stock. The crystal is from a 3:2 blend of organic crystal 60 and crystal 20. British malt is Fawcett Pearl. Grains crushed at NB. Hops are 2014 chinook (CG) and 2010 cascade (RW) which are just taking up space in the freezer. |

3/22/15 - No real activity, but some positive pressure in the airlock. 3/23/15 - Fermentation has finally started and appears to be moving nicely. Temperature at an indicated 64F. 3/28/15 - Krausen falling, but not gone. 4/3/15 - Transfer to secondary. 4/7/15 - Added dry hops. |
