Procedure

Strike with 3 gallons at 148 -> 134F protein rest. Rest 20 minutes.

Infuse 4.5qt @ boil -> 152 sacc rest. Rest 40 minutes.

Infuse 8qt @ boil -> 168F mash out.

Sparge with 10.25qt
